240,000 square feet - high quality reinforced concrete
floor system.
- British American Building #25: 105,000 square feet
- multi-story Class A office facility. Complex multi angle
and high wall reinforced cast in place concrete foundation
and concrete floor systems.
- Lowes: 78,000 square feet of 9 inch thick reinforced
exterior concrete paving. Project consisted of a complex
multi-contoured site paving project with Class A broom
finish
- Bethlehem Plaza: 140,000 square feet - multi-tenant
retail plaza including anchor tenants PetSmart and Staples.
Project consisted of reinforced concrete foundation and
floor systems.
- Hudson Preserve Luxury Apartment Complex: 25, 12,000
square feet - fast track reinforced concrete floor systems
including associated form work and concrete porches. 14
multi-car garage fast track reinforced concrete floor systems
including associated form work.
- The Dome, Adirondack Sports Complex: 96,000 Square
feet - Multi-Sports Facility and a 7900 Square foot Support
facility. Major reinforced concrete foundation system including
concrete super flat and sloped floor areas.
- ESMI New Jersey: 34,000 square feet of sloped industrial
reinforced concrete floor system.
- Lake George Waste Water Treatment Expansion: Complex
high wall, gang-formed, cylindrical reinforced concrete
tanks. Also included reinforced concrete suspended decks
and associated foundations.
- Bard College, Robinson Hall: Complex multi angle and
curved high wall reinforced cast in place concrete foundation
and concrete floor systems.
- Arrowhead Equipment: 10,000 square feet - corporate
headquarters and manufacturing facility expansion; Pre-engineered
metal building with masonry and architectural metal panel
exterior finish.
- Super Steel Locomotive Plant - Paint booth
Foundations and associated Structural Rail Work: Fast track
plant improvements. Projects consisting of removal of existing
floor areas, construction of several complex foundations
for locomotive paint booth and interior rail track system,
structural steel fabrication and erection of paint booth
rail track supports and installation of track rail.
- Lehigh Northeast Cement Facility: Fast track, round
the clock, shut down plant improvements. Projects consisting
of removal and reconstruction of several complex foundation
and floor systems with critical path completion times.
- Cedars Independent Living Facilities, Phases I & II:
Two, 30,000 square foot facilities - foundation and floor
system (high gang form walls systems).
